SHIPPING, RETURNS AND PAYMENTS


RETURNS

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund but we can offer an exchange.
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

We regret, no returns or exchanges on International orders outside of South Africa.

REFUNDS

We regret, no refunds. 
Should you wish to return your prettymoves and not exchange it for something else, we will be happy to issue you with a gift voucher to the value of your purchase. 
This gift voucher will have no expiry date. 

 EXCHANGES - WRONG SIZE

EXCHANGES - DAMAGED GOODS

We will exchange your item if your item arrived defective or damaged.  We would require photographic proof of the damaged garment.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at admin@kingdomandco.co.za
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
